Ingredients
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
• 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
• 8 oz. fusilli pasta
• 1 cup crabmeat
• 1 cup broccoli florets, parboiled
• 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Direction
• Boil a big pot with salted water. Put pasta; cook following time on package.
Drain and rinse; put aside.
• Mix cheese, Italian dressing and mayonnaise in a big bowl till blended well.
• Add onions, tomato, pepper, broccoli, crabmeat, pasta and peas. Gently toss
to mix. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours minimum.
