Ingredients
• 1 (6 oz.) can small shrimp, drained
• 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
• 1/4 cup diced celery
• 1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
• 1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread, halved horizontally
Direction
• Mix in together in a bowl the pepper, salt, cheese, celery, green onion,
mayonnaise, crab and shrimp.
• Scatter the shrimp mixture on the base half of bread and take the place of
the top half, Slice into 8 pieces and serve right away or place it whole inside
the refrigerator then you can cut into 8 pieces until serving time.
• Warming direction: Prepare the oven by preheating to 400 degrees F (200
degrees C). Use a large piece of aluminum foil to wrap the loaf. Place inside
the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until warmed through. Slice into 8
pieces and serve.
