Ingredients
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsps. butter
• 1 tbsp. dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp. dried basil
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• 2 (6.5 oz.) cans minced clams, with juice
• 1 lb. spaghetti
• 2 tbsps. grated Romano cheese
Direction
• Cook the pasta based on the instruction on the packages.
• At the same time, in the small-sized saucepan, brown the garlic in the olive
oil on medium heat. Whisk in margarine/butter and seasonings till the
margarine/butter melts. Put in the clams along with some their liquid;
thoroughly heat.
• Drain off the pasta. Toss the spaghetti along with the clam sauce, and add
the grated Romano cheese on top.
